Dara Wild Life Sanctuary

 Distance : 55 Km

A thickly wooded forest, cover big area, along the south-east border of Kota, adjacent to the mountain range, it is the former royal hunting preserve. It has been converted into a wildlife sanctuary where the Tiger, Leopard, Spotted Deer, Wild Boar and Sloth Bear can be sighted. National Chambal Crocodile Sanctuary  Distance : 25 Km

In a way of Chamble river a thickly wooded forest cover big area of river, adjacent to the mountain range. It has been converted into a Crocodile sanctuary where the Leopard, Wild Boar and Night Hunting Birds, can be sighted. You can watch them through water boats. For rest their is Dak Bangla (Rest House) at Dam, but pre permission must be requested to the Dam authority for use.

Sorsan Sanctuary                                       Distance : 45 Km

Sorsan grassland, is surrounded by right bank main canal of the Chambal and the Parvan rivers which extends over 35 sq. kms., During monsoons, the grass and vegetative cover becomes an ideal habitat for Black Buck, Cheetal Sambhar, etc. Kashmir rollers can be seen in the month of October. Flocks of migratory lark, warbler, flycatcher, starling and rosy pastors arrive by October and stay till March. The main attraction for bird watchers at Sorsan is the Godawan. Shergarh  Sanctuary                                  Distance : 130 Km

Its a Wildlife sanctuary, loacted at Village Shergarh, Baran.  Have 98.70 Sq.kms.  area. You can see Wild animals, Birdsand Fort and natural surroundings. The principal species are Dhok (Anngoeissus pendula), Khair (Acacia catechu), Teak (Tectona grandis).
